Description

Fine Binding, Leather Binding

First edition. With a copperplate inscription to title page, dated 1861. This work provides great insight into the history, politics and administration of the East India Company.

Condition

In a long-grain morocco binding. Externally, a trifle worn, most notable to corners and head of spine. Slight splitting to front joint; backstrip is lifting slightly. Internally, firmly bound, bright and generally clean except for first and last couple of pages which are foxed.
