Written by Anant Harihar Khasgiwale, who was a Professor of Indian Gymnastics, and was also the author of 'Veta and Kusti'.

In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, generally smart. Some minor marks to the boards and spine. A little bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Author's inscription to the recto to the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
