Condition

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart. Very minor shelfwear to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. Internally, generally firmly bound, though pages v-viii and pages 433-448 have detached but are present. Pages are generally bright and clean, with some handling marks in places.
