Translated from the original French by Mr Humphreys. Originally this work was by Noel Antoine Pluche. A widely translated work, Pluche's 'Spectacle de la Nature' was an important work that influenced many to become naturalists and the popularization of the subject.
Comprising volume II only, which was published and issued separately to volume I. This is part II of Pluche's original work.

Condition
In a full calf binding. Externally, generally smart. Rubbing to the head and tail of spine and to the extremities, resulting in a little loss. Loss to the spine label. Repair to the front board. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright. Just the odd spot.
