This is the first systematic work on homeopathy as Quin introduced homeopathy to England after settling in London in 1832. He founded the British Homeopathic society in 1844. This work was dedicated to the king of the Belgians.

Small split to the spine, which has resulted in the binding being held by one cord only at the head. Small loss to the head of spine. Inscriptions to the recto of front endpaper and to the title page. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are bright. Interleaved manuscript remains bright. The occasional spot to pages.
