Very scarce. Undated. Dated from the ink inscription dated 1932. This is a practical treatise on the Case Paper System, with diagrams and appendices, aiming to give each Union a guide to the newly introduced system of legal administration. Written by H. B. Everest, Assistant Clerk at Strand Union. Chapter titles of this work are as follows: 1- The System; 2- The Relieving Officer; 3- Head of Institution; 4-The Case Paper Clerk; 5- The Settlement Clerk; 6- The Statistical Clerk; 7- Commencement of the System; 8- Relieving Officer's Reference Cards and Alternatives.

Condition

In a quarter cloth binding, with paper covered boards. Externally worn, with heavy rubbing to the head and tail of the spine resulting in minor fraying to the cloth. Light rubbing and the odd mark to the boards, with bumping to the extremities. Two inscription on the endpapers. Internally firmly bound. Pages are generally clean and bright with the occasional underlining and some offsetting to the endpapers.
