    First Edition, Illustrated, Scarce

    First edition, second impression. Illustrated throughout with numerous vignettes.

    Condition

    In a red cloth binding. Externally sound, though with a few marks and discolouration to the spine. Edges have some slight bumping. Internally, generally firmly bound. Hinges slightly strained, but firm. Ink signature to recto of front free-endpapers. Pages are quite bright, though with some scattered foxing throughout.
