Condition

In a full calf binding. Externally, generally smart. Minor marks to the boards and spines, marks a little heavier to the rear board of Volume II Part II. Light discolouration to the spines. Cracks to the head of the front joint of Volume I. A little loss to the front joint of Volume III Part II. Front hinge of Volume I is strained, the rear hinge is starting but firm. Prior owner's ink inscription to the verso to the front endpaper of Volume I. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean, with just a couple of light spots.
