Description

Illustrated, Leather Binding

A compilation of his weekly newspaper columns, the first series under this title was published in 1910. Contains fourteen monochrome plates and the work is awarded to H. May Bryan of the Diocesan Training College of Bristol, for botany, and is dated 1924.

Condition

In decorative calf binding with gilt detailing. Externally quite smart, there is minor wear to the boards, joints and extremities, with some faded gilt to front board. Internally, the pages are firmly bound with minor instances of spotting and offsetting throughout.
