    Description

    Illustrated, Scarce, With Dustwrapper

    Containing "22 short histories of pioneers who have groped through the fog of folk-lore and old wives tales", including Jethro Tull, Wren Hoskyns and The Drainers. Profusely illustrated by Michael Ayrton. Scarce.

    Condition

    In a full cloth binding with original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, smart with just some bumping to the extremities. Dustwrapper a little worn to the top edge with some small closed tears and minor loss, otherwise very good with remarkably few marks and little further evidence of wear. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean. Neat ink inscription to front free endpaper.
