Condition
In a half calf binding with cloth to the boards. Externally, generally smart. Minor rubbing and marks to the boards and spine. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities, with a very small amount of loss to the head of the spine. Tidemark to the front board. Hinges are starting but firm. Small torn newspaper clipping to the head of the recto to the front endpaper. Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto to the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned and generally clean with a few odd spots. Prior owner's ink inscription to the head of the title page. The occasional pencil mark to the text.
