Returns & Refunds

We send all our books on approval and accept refunds for any reason, up to twenty-eight days after the item was delivered. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method as the initial purchase. We appreciate that describing books is not an exact science. Please do contact us if you have any questions at all.

The refund will be sent once the item has arrived back with us. The item should be in the same condition as when initially delivered. Refunds typically take between 2- 5 working days, depending on the initial payment method.

In the event that the book was delivered not as described, we will cover the cost of return postage. All other returns must be sent at the recipient’s expense.
