What Our Customers Say...

Description

Rebound

The 1813 editions, three volumes complete. Volume I is a slightly larger paper edition than volumes II and III and is in a different binding. Benjamin Brook was an English nonconformist minister and religious historian. He studied puritan and nonconformist history and biography. He published several historical religious works including 'The History of Religious Liberty and Appeal to Facts to Justify Dissenters in Their Separation from the Established Church'. The three volumes contain biographies and assessments of individual Puritans such as John Foxe, Thomas Lever and John Hardyman whilst providing a wider context of the history of Puritans.
