Description

First Edition, Very Scarce

The first edition of this work.

A very scarce work.

ESTC citation number T28627.

The latter part of 'Olympia Domata', being the final sixteen leaves of the work.

Collated, this extract is complete.

This extract is a guide to the characters used in the almanac.

The Wing almanac was first started by Vincent Wing, and was taken over by various descendants over the next one-hundred and fifty years.

The almanac was a useful publication, listing the events that were to be coming within the next year.

This guide includes a compendious chronology of memorable events since the creation to 1780, a list of the eclipses of the year, and more.

Compiled by Tycho Wing, however it is uncertain which Tycho Wing was in charge of this publication, as there were may Tycho Wings in that generation.
