Slater was an important figure in the field of bibliography and wrote many works on the subject. These include, but is not limited to 'How to Collect Books' and 'The Romance of Books'.
Condition
In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, generally smart, with bumping to the head and tail of spines. Splits to the head of spine, which is faded. Hinges are strained but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright with just the odd spot.
