What Our Customers Say...

Thank you for the very good packing and the quick delivery of the sixteen volumes of the Letters of Horace Walpole, the Paget Toynbee edition, which arrived today. I only ordered them on the nineteenth, and here they are on the twenty-first, only two days later. Excellent service.  I have unpacked all of the books carefully and put them on my shelves lovingly, and intend to begin reading them in the New Year, a treat I look forward to. The next time I  am in Bath I must come and browse in your shop.

Just to confirm that the Saffron Walden Museum catalogue arrived safely this afternoon. Thank you for sending it so swiftly. I'll actually be opening the Museum over Christmas - sadly the galleries have changed a bit since this catalogue was printed.

I thought it high time indeed that I finally wrote to supply feedback on the quite excellent service I always receive from Rooke Books whever I place an order. The service has always been of the highest quality and care for the customer's needs, particularly your attention to detail and in my case in observing my requirements for the timing of delivery by DHL to fall on a particular day.

In addition, I am very impressed with the high quality of packaging and presentation. meaning all books are properly protected in transit. Thank you so much - it is a real pleasure shopping with you.
