Tracing its origins from the beginning, the book provides a comprehensive history of the bellringing and churches in Britain. Collated, complete with illustrative photographic plates throughout. Contains an ink inscription to frontispiece signed by one Raymond D. Candy, dated November 1949.

Condition

In cloth binding with gilt detailing. Externally smart. Some minor wear to extremities, backstrip and joints. Marking to boards. Hinges, tender. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean throughout with the odd spot to the first and last few pages.
