    Leather Binding

    In the original French.

    'La Fille du Regument' is a French opera comique in two acts, set to a libretto by Jules-Henri Vernoy de Saint-Georges, and Jean-Francois Bayard. 

    This work contains the sheet music of the opera.

    Gaetano Donizetti was an Italian composer, best known for his popular seventy operas.

    Undated, dated from Jisc from a copy held at the British Library.

    Bookplate to Barbara Gadd to the front pastedown.

    Condition

    In a quarter calf binding with marbled cloth to the boards. Externally, smart. A little rubbing to the boards and spine. A little bumping to the extremities. Bookplate to the front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Two stamps to the title page.
