What Our Customers Say...
Publishers' Original Binding
An interesting cultural work showcasing the stories and music of Jamaica. Published for the Folk-Lore Society. The society, established in London in 1878, champions the regional and traditional music, dance, art, customs and belief of countries across the world. The work explores the cultural influences on Jamaican, and the subsequent impact on art and identity of the country. With numerous musical notations throughout the volume. With the institutional blindstamp of Birkbeck College Library, to the title page. An unusual work.
