A beautifully produced work, adorned with photographs of Nijinsky in action. There are 121 pictures including the five series by Baron de Meyer which are regarded as the finest ballet pictures ever taken. Nijinsky founded the New York City Ballet and was the supreme star of the Diaghilev Ballet. 

From the library of Joan Hewson, the Renowned Cecchetti School of Dance Instructor. Joan left a legacy of numerous successful professional dancers from across the world.

In the publisher's original quarter cloth binding. With original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, very smart with light shelfwear to the head and tail of spine. Dustwrapper is very smart with a small chip to the bottom of rear wrap. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
