Undated, dated from Jisc from a copy held at the British Library.

Condition

In a crushed morocco signed binding by Bumpus. Externally, generally smart. Minor marks to the boards and spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean, with just a few spots to the first and last few pages.
