The first edition of the work. In the exceptional unclipped original dustwrapper. Edmund Crispin was a British crime writer and composer, perhaps best known for his Gervase Fen series on novels and his musical scores for a number of films in the Carry On series. Glimpses Of The Moon was Crispin's final novel, published over twenty years after his penultimate work. The work tells the story of a murder in a quaint English village.

Condition

In the original red cloth binding in the original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally in lovely condition. Dustwrapper is in excellent condition with slight bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Internally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Previous owner's bookplate to front and rear pastedown. Slight offsetting to endpapers.
