Illustrated throughout.

Written and drawn by E. T. Reed, a noted political cartoonist.

Bookplate of Lieutenant-Colonel Henry C. Ledge to the front pastedown, with a gift inscription above. Bookplate of Dr. G. B. Westwood to the recto to the front endpaper.

Condition

In a full vellum binding. Externally, the boards have sprung. Light discolouration to the boards and spine, as is usual with vellum. Some minor marks to the boards and spine. A small amount of loss to the tail of the fore edge of the front board. Bookplate and gift inscription to the front pastedown. Bookplate to the recto to the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean, with just a couple of light spots.
