A ten volume set, comprised of volume I-VIII, XI and XII. Dated as follows 1893, 1895, 1898, 1901, 1912, 1912, 1925, 1936, 1956, and 1960. A fascinating legal work documenting the wills the passed through prerogative court in Canterbury. With the previous owners bookplate to the front pastedown to volume I and II that reads 'Gulielmus Mc Murray'. Bookplate of 'H. R. C. Martin' to the front pastedown of volume VIII. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Edited by J.C.C. Smith, S.A. Smith, L.L. Duncan, Edward Alexander Fry, E. Stokes, Thomas M. Blagg, J.S. Moir and C.H. Ridge.
Condition
In the publisher's original cloth binding, with gilt lettering to the spine. Externally generally smart, with light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. Light fading to several spines, with occasional patches of rubbing. Light offsetting to the endpapers, with bookplates to volumes I, II and VIII. Internally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
