Illustrated with twenty hand-coloured pochoir plates printed over collotypes that are mounted onto heavy paper.

The rugs described in this work show a great variety of designs and colours, and in their methods of weaving.

Condition

In the original publisher's quarter cloth binding with paper to the boards. Externally, smart. A small amount of bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Ribbon ties are present. Internally, disbound, as issued. Pages are bright and clean, with just a couple of small spots to the introduction leaves.
