This work therefore contains the requisitory of M Berard Desgla-Jeux, the lawyer general, the plea and also the judgement.
The 'Liberte de la Presse' was edited and written by Francois-Rene, vicomte de Chateaubriand. He was a French writer, politician, diplomat and historian who had great influence on French literature of the nineteenth century.
