Condition

In the original paper covered boards. Externally, generally smart. Some loss to the head of the spine of Volume I, and to the tail of the spine of Volume II. Light tidemark to the front board of Volume I. Minor bumping to the extremities. Discolouration to the spines. A few marks to the boards. Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto to the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean with a few odd spots.
