Works illustrated with 4 colour plates, 19 inset plates, 314 Vignettes, Portraits and Titles of Journals. Includes an advertisement by the publisher for works by the same author. Second Edition. In French.
Condition
In a half morocco binding with cloth boards. Externally, very smart with some shelfwear only. Internally, generally firmly bound with one passage (p71-4) detached but present. Very bright with light scattered spots throughout as usual due to the paper used though better than normally seen.
