How can I place an order?

You can place and pay for orders using our website. However, should you prefer to speak to one of our staff, we are always very happy to personally handle the order for you over the phone. Our phone number is +44 (0)1225 448831 and we are open Monday to Friday 9:00-17:30 GMT.

Do you accept returns?

All our books are sent on approval and may be returned for any reason within twenty-eight days of the books arriving with you.

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I log back in?

Passwords can be reset by following the 'Forgot Your Password' link found at the bottom of the Sign In page.

How do you send your books?

We send all of our books via courier. The service is fully tracked and insured and in our experience is the quickest and most reliable method of posting. All of our books are packed with extreme care by our packing team.

How long will it take for me to receive my book?

Whilst this depends on the destination, typically books arrive within the following:
UK- 1-2 working days
Europe- 2-4 working days
Rest of World 2-5 working days
If you are at all concerned about delivery, please do contact us and we would be happy to offer further guidance in regards to a specific order.

Do you send your books abroad?

Absolutely. Most of our books are sent abroad. We send books all around the world on a daily basis. Take a look at our testimonials to get a feel for where we have delivered to in the past.

Do you buy books?

We are mostly interested in important books or collections of the sorts of books you see here. Condition is extremely important for value. Please do email us at [email protected] with a picture and details of your book or collection and one of our specialists will take a look. We will always reply to your email, even if we are not interested in purchasing your book.

Do you offer a valuation service?

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer a valuation regarding books we do not own.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

Our office, located in the heart of Bath, is open via appointment only. We would be happy to give you a tour of our extensive library.
