The fourth edition of this work. A very scarce work. A scarce work on colonial law in India, focussing on the central provinces code. Ex-institutional copy, with 'High Court Bar Library' stamps to the text.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, sound. Boards and spine are marked. Bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Hinges are strained. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned with some spotting. Ex-institutional stamp to the fore edge, front and rear endpaper, half-title, title page, and to various pages throughout, and a blind stamp to a few pages. A small patch of worming to the bottom of the first few pages.
