Part of a series of rare food and wine texts by Maria Paleari Henssler. Alexandre Dumas' recipe for authentic Neapolitan macaroni from 1858. Although famous for his novels, 'The Count of Monte Cristo' and 'The Three Musketeers', Dumas was also a gourmet and expert cook.
