This is a fascinating volume of a record of one of Val Andrews' performances, containing various acts and gags with diagrams to the rear of the volume showing how to perform these gags. The different act featured in this performance were his Cabaret Linking-Ring Routine, Bijou-Bar-Act, Passe-Passe "in character," Nineteenth Century Silks, plus gags, patter, bits, ticks and "business."
Val Andrews was a music hall artist, ventriloquist and writer. He was a prolific writer on magic, having published over 1000 books and booklets from 1952.

In the publisher's original paper wraps. Externally, very smart. Signed by the author to the title page. The edges of the title page are a little chipped. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
