What Our Customers Say...

Description

Very Scarce

With no similar copies on Jisc and only one held institutionally on Worldcat in Alberta, Canada, this is an extremely scarce work.

Founded by John Curwen in 1863, the Curwen Press originally was focused on music printing; however, it became a hub for artists and designers in the twentieth century.

Two identical plates of a design, hand coloured in green and brown, featuring a coat, skirt, hat, shoes and small purse.

Condition

In the publisher's original paper wraps. Externally very smart with some edge wear. Internally, plates are loose as called for. Pages are bright and clean.
