Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper

A reprint, dated c1946 from the titles listed to the dust wrappers, with Dornford Yates' 'Red in the Morning' and Mark Cross' 'The Secret of the Grange' both being published in 1946.

In the original unclipped dust wrapper.

'Ayesha' is the sequel to H. Rider Haggard's popular gothic-fantasy 'She'. This is the final novel in the Ayesha and Allan Quartermain series.

This novel was originally serialised in 'Windsor Magazine' from December 1904 to October 1905, before being published in book form in 1905.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, smart. A little light fading to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Small bump to the head of the rear board. A couple of small marks to the tail of the front board. Bookseller's label to the front paste down. Dust wrapper is edge worn, with a few small closed tears. An aged tape repair to the reverse, repairing a tear to the rear joint. Wraps are lightly rubbed. A few light marks to the wraps. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
