Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally very smart with only minor shelf wear and a slight bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. With P E Ramley's bookplate to the front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. With a minor spotting to the occasional leaf, particularly to the first and last few, otherwise generally bright and clean. Illustrated with various plates throughout, of which seven are in colour. Lacking the title page and frontispiece.
