    A wonderful biography of William Frederick Cody, the American soldier, bison hunter, and showman known as Buffalo Bill. He ultimately became a symbol of the Old West, and America's wild frontier.

    With the former owner's inscription of John Pearson, 1921 to the front free endpaper.

    With four pages of advertisements to the rear.

    A lovely example of this thrilling biography of the iconic American figure.

    Condition

    In the publisher's original cloth binding, with price unclipped dust wrapper. Bumping to back strip head and tail, otherwise externally excellent. Inscription to front free endpaper. Dust wrapper back strip age toned, with significant losses to back strip head and tail. Closed tears to head of front and rear wrap, with light edge wear to front wrap tail. Small closed tears to folds over joints. Internally, firmly bound. Pages generally clean and bright, with the odd light handling mark.
