Very scarce. Undated. Dated from copac. With charming vignette illustrations. This very scarce work offers an insight from horticulturalist James Clayton as to the cultivation of the chrysanthemum. The work is considered a simple guide, to be used by beginners and also more seasoned gardeners.

Condition

In the original publisher's paper covered boards. Externally smart with bumping to the extremities resulting in some loss to the paper on the spine. Marks to the boards. Internally generally firmly bound. Pages bright and clean with just the odd spot and marginal age toning.
