The book begins in Stevenson's home of Edinburgh and travels through the rest of Scotland, England, France, Europe ad The United States. Twenty-five illustrated plates of places such as the Luxembourg Garden, the Brenner Pass and the Castle of Torita. Robert Louis Balfour Stevenson was a Scottish novelist, poet, essayist, and travel writer. His most famous works are Treasure Island and Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde.

Condition

In a cloth binding with paper covered boards. Externally, a trifle rubbed with some marks to boards and sunning to spine. Corners are bumped as are head and tail of spine. Some loss to spine label. Internally, firmly bound with foxing to end-papers, otherwise, pages bright and clean.
