With a total of twenty-one typed poems, and twelve handwritten poems.
One portrait of Edith Sichel is tipped in.
Two leaves of a proof of Mary A. Ward's biographical piece on Emily Lawless for the 'Ward's English Poets'.
Three leaves of typed poem titled 'The Atlantic. Night Sounds' loosely inserted. Viscountess de Vesci is addressed to the reverse of the final leaf.
Emily Lawless was an Irish novelist and historian, known for the psychological richness of her fiction as early modernism.
Edith Sichel was an English author known for her historical fiction.
Presumably compiled by the Viscountess Evelyn de Vesci, whose bookplate is to the front pastedown. It is likely that Vesci was friends or acquaintances with Lawless and Sichel, and that she compiled this scrapbook upon their deaths in 1913 and 1914.
