First and only edition of this work, dated via Jisc. Uncommon copy in commerce found in five institutional libraries only including Aberystwyth University Library and the National Library of Wales. 

History of South Glamorgan, from its origins to the late nineteenth century, with chapters dedicated to the general history of the county, antiquities, notable figures, and religious and spiritual movements.

Written by Marianne Robertson Spencer. 

Illustrated with frontispiece and fifty six further full page plates. Collated, complete.

Condition

In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally very smart with only light bumping to head and tail of spine and extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Odd light faint spotting to odd leaf, pages otherwise bright and clean.
