A Victorian souvenir collection of views. Containing twenty images of the city of London, England, across fifteen pages including a panorama of the embankment from the Houses of Parliament to the Royal Hotel across eight pages. Collated complete. Showcasing a number of views across the city, including: the Houses of Parliament, the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, Albert Hall, Westminster Abbey, Crystal Palace, St. Paul's Cathedral, and many others.
Condition
In the original quarter cloth binding with green covered boards. Externally, sound with rubbing and minor chipping to the extremities. The odd small mark to the boards. Rear hinge tender. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small mark. A 2" closed tear to the join of the first two pages from prior handling.
