Not dated, approximate date from Glasgow Caledonian University. A collection of recipes for occasions ranging from home cooking to high-class dining. Written by Mrs Black, or Margaret Black, a previous principal of the West-End Training School of Cookery in Glasgow.
Condition
In the original blue cloth binding. Externally, very smart with light bumping and rubbing to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd handling mark and light age toning to the endpapers.
