In the publishers' original paper binding. A noted journal of books and book-lore, the work contains a decorative title pages, as well as samples from bibliographies on such diverse matters as skating and extinct magazines, with reviews. The work contains an introduction by H.B. Wheatley. Direct from the library of the late Hugh Selbourne MD (1906-1973), a noted book collector and diarist.
Condition
In paper-covered boards. Externally, a trifle rubbed. Wear to boards, joints, extremities and backstrip, with loss to backstrip. Hinges, tender. Partially detached rear board. Internally, binding tender but holding. Pages generally bright and clean with the odd spot throughout. Spotting heavier to the first and last few pages.
