Volume four explores Buckingham Palace, Pall Mall, noble mansions, Hyde Park, the British Museum, and much more. Volume five explores the Great Exhibition of 1851, Holland House, the underground, further neighborhoods, and much more. Condition

In the original half calf with cloth boards. Externally, smart with rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. The odd mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot or handling mark. Light spotting and minor age toning to the endpapers. Previous owner's bookplate to the front pastedown. Creases to the endpapers of volumes one and six.
