    Description

    First Edition, Illustrated, Very Scarce

    Undated, dated using Copac. Very scarce, with only copies on Copac held at Legal Deposit libraries. Lacking plates between page 44 and 47 and 52 and 55. Prior owner's inscription to the front pastedown, B P Fitzgerald to Mabel. With occasional pencil annotations to pages.

    Condition

    In a full cloth binding. Externally, rubbed to the extremities and to the joints. Minor bumping to the extremities and to the head and tail of spine. Small amount of loss to the head of spine and to the rear joint. Both hinges have failed with the textblock detached from binding. Marks to boards. Prior owner's inscription to the front pastedown, B P Fitzgerald to Mabel. Internally, binding is tender in places, with cords showing. Plates at page 46 and 53 have been removed. Pages are generally bright with just the odd spots.
