Written by British surveyor Edward Hoppus; he was the inventor of the Hoppus unit of measure, which measures the solid content and value of building materials. His first guide was published in 1736, and ran numerous editions throughout the following years.

Condition

In a full calf binding. Externally generally smart; a little bumped to the extremities and the spine. Slight occasional wear to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
