In a cloth binding. Externally, sound with some bumping to extremities and some light wear to spine and front board. Note of book's location in the Bourough Surveyor's Department Town Hall to front free end-paper. Internally firmly bound. Pages generally bright and clean with very scattered occasional spotting.
