Theroux is widely recognised for numerous of his works, including his travelogue 'The Great Railway Bazaar', a considered-classic in the genre which accounts his epic journey by train from Great Britain to Japan.
Some of his fiction, such as 'Saint Jack' and 'Doctor Slaughter' have been adapted as feature films.
This set showcases a wide variety of his talents across the genres, including a revisit to some of his trip described in 'Great Railway Bazaar', his acclaimed satire of American consumer culture, 'Millroy the Magician', and his award-winning short story collection, 'The Collected Stories'.

Condition
In the original cloth bindings. With the original unclipped dust wrappers. Externally, excellent, with slight instances of shelf wear. Dust wrappers are also excellent, with slight edge wear and the odd mark to the wraps. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
