A collection of album covers and music illustrations by Jim Flora, a prolific American commercial illustrator from the 1940s to the 1970s best known for his wild jazz and classical album covers for Columbia Records. Written by Irwin Chusid, an American journalist, music historian, radio personality, and record producer, and Barbara Economon, an American digital media specialist and radio host. Designed by Laura Lindgren, an award-winning designer specializing in the design of museum exhibition catalogues, illustrated books, and works of literature.

In the original pictorial paper boards. Externally, excellent. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout.
