A first edition, first impression of this work, and one of 1,000 limited edition copies, signed by the author, in the publisher's original black and red cloth binding with pictorial gilt, depicting an eagle, to the front board. Without a dust wrapper, as issued.

Bring Up the Bodies is the second novel in Hilary Mantel's historical Thomas Cromwell trilogy. In this novel, Mantel traces the downfall of Anne Boleyn. This novel won the 2012 Man Booker Prize.

This is one of 1,000 limited edition copies signed by the author in the cloth binding. There was another slip-cased signed limited edition of 1,000 copies in a different pictorial board binding. Both were published by Fourth Estate at the same time as the trade edition.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, in excellent condition, with just a little shelf wear to the pictorial gilt to the front board. Small mark to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
